Bookings and Cancellations
Course Bookings by an Individual
In order to secure your booking, please pay the nominated amount to our secure payway account using the code provided in the booking confirmation email. Failure to pay the course fee may result in you losing your position on the course.
If your course is being paid for by your employer or another sponsor please contact the centre directly so we can provide direction regarding this.
Cancellations are unfortunate but do occasionally occur.
If we cancel a course we will offer a full refund of course fees or transfer to another date if available and suitable.
If you need to cancel your booking the following policy will apply:

With 30 days or more notice we will refund your course fees in full. If preferred you can transfer to another date if available and suitable.

If you withdraw from a course with between 14 and 30 days notice we will refund 50% of the course fee. You may nominate another party to attend in your place provided they meet any course prerequisites.

If you withdraw from a course within 14 days or fail to attend on the day there will be no refund of course fees. You may nominate another party to attend in your place provided they meet any course prerequisites.

Course Group Bookings
Bookings by a group or company will be invoiced directly by the centre. Payment of the invoice is required to secure the booking. Payment not received 30 days before a booking may result in cancellation of the booking.
Any group discount applied to the course fees are subject to the full number of nominated participants. Groups numbers which fall below the group discount threshold after booking may have discounts removed.
